By visiting our Website, all Users (including Visitors, Subscribers and Customers) are agreeing to this Privacy Policy including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and international laws.

A. Data and Information Collection
How is data collected?
When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters or any free content in the form of videos, PDF documents and similar – we typically request your full name and email address.
When you respond to a survey, register for an online course and/or purchase any product or service – we request details in addition to your name and email address, explained further below in this Privacy Policy.
Where is data collected?
Currently, we utilize a service called MailChimp, which contains user lists and user data such as names and email addresses. When you choose to provide us with your name and email address in order to receive free content and our monthly newsletter, your data goes to MailChimp where your data is stored for us to be able to communicate with you.
If you have purchased an online program or course, your information will also reside on the learning platform’s database too. Currently we utilize Teachable and may extend to other providers in the future.
Third-parties we work with have their own databases and systems for collecting data and may store information we have shared with them on other databases.
What data is collected and why?
We collect information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, social media information, phone number and similar. We collect this data to contact you with regards to the information you requested from us (free content, newsletters and similar), to provide a product or service you purchased and for marketing purposes too. We also use this information to understand our Users and potential customers and to make enhancements to our website, products, services and customer service accordingly.
When you purchase a product or service from us, you must provide us with certain information about the products and services you want to purchase. This information is used to provide you with the appropriate service or product.
When you purchase a product or service, you will be required to provide certain billing information which may include a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, paypal username and similar information. Billing information for online courses and other products or services we provide, which are hosted on third-party service provider’s platforms are processed by these platform providers and their service providers.
In the case of our online courses, the platform is Teachable and their service provider is Stripe and/or Paypal. We do not directly obtain or process any Billing Information, this is done by the Teachable platform and their service providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on Teachable for more information.
When you work with us through the consulting services we offer, we accept your payments through PayPal and/or Zelle.
In addition to the information noted above, we may collect additional information as follows:

Additional information that you voluntarily provide to us (via a survey, polls or similar) such as gender, age, preferred brands, product and service preferences, and other information that does not identify you personally.
