Anxiety and related disorders like insomnia seem to be becoming more widespread. It can be blamed on media, technology and so many global-scale crises. I never suffered from anxiety until a few years back and I never truly understood it tbh.

I share my story of how I developed anxiety and most importantly give you a structured system to help you manage anxiety on a daily basis. These tips are my personal coping mechanisms but I hope they are helpful to you too, in the long-term remember that therapy is the ultimate solution.
